30-Day Return Policy
Liberty Rare Coins accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Remain in the original protective packaging or capsule.
- Include all certificates, accessories, and original documentation (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Coins removed from sealed packaging or protective holders.
- Products that have been cleaned, altered, damaged, or mishandled after delivery.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Clearance or final sale merchandise.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order from Liberty Rare Coins arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping package (if available)
After reviewing your request, Liberty Rare Coins will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, Liberty Rare Coins will notify you regarding the refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return results from our mistake or a defective item, Liberty Rare Coins will cover return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will follow this Return Policy.
